Good info, not the info I was looking for

Well read and great information if you are cisgender looking at HRT. If you are transgender looking for information about HRT you will not find it here.

HRT

Very short intro into HRT and a little about bio identical hormones. Helpful as a start point but still leaves a lot unanswered. The listener will need to follow up with more in-depth reading on subject matter.

Great Intro To HRT

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

The performance is a little wooden, almost as if it's been recorded via text to speech, but it's clear.

Any additional comments?

I would certainly recommend listening to it. It's very informative and helpful and if you're looking for a brief explanation, this is the book for you. For me, there were areas such as bioidentical hormones that I would have liked more detail on, and symptoms of perimenopause that weren't discussed at all/in any detail, such as severe tension, bloating, water retention, sex drive, excessive bleeding. The focus seemed to be primarily on HRT for the relief of a few specific symptoms: hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and urinary issues.
