I really liked the book. It was a down to earth approach to everyday life that sometimes I over look.I definitely recommend it for someone who is highly sensitive and does not want to listen a medical book. The author has written this guide book in a composed manner so that you would be able to easily understand highly sensitive person whether you yourself or your partner. . Excellent delivery.

If you are a "one and done" listener then I recommend this one above all others because it offers the most insight into the subject. I also recommend this as a book to start off if your new to the trait.
