Guilt-free meat eating? YES PLEASE

Interesting perspective. The author is clearly very passionate and intelligent. She makes a compelling argument for sustainable meat production by breaking down all of the data and history of meat production in a very concise and eye-opening way. I think that both people that eat meat and people who don't could appreciate this book. It's about our broken food system and how we can fix it, while still enjoying beef. I have a lot of vegan friends who have a tendency to get preachy at times; this book made me feel like I learned something that I could now add to that conversation.
