Easy to follow

Its a practical book, not so theoretical making it easier to understand. Reveals the secret in changing ones behavior has a lot to do with our activities.

The narrator did an excellent job in delivery.

Good knowledge shared

Very pleased with this purchase! I haven't been able to go to a therapist in quite some time but I've already received more from this book in two weeks than I have from probably ALL of my past therapists combined. Well, one specific therapist excluded, but he was amazing!

There is so much new stuff in this book that it is slow go, but I have to try each suggestion to see if it helps.

Best Book ever..

I think for anyone interested in breaking bad habits this book would work wonders! The book is laid out well and has a lot of really great information for a multitude of issues you may be having, or if you just want better overall mental health and its easy to listen!

this was more a commercial for cbt or a long repetitive definition. it was not a workbook.
