Getting more confident with this book

Amazing book. It really makes everything seem so simple. I bought this to help with my son that has ASD and Anxiety. It is simple but not too simple . the exercises are appropriate.

Author nailed it....

This is nice and it helps sort out your feelings keeps you thinking and motivated to complete things and keeps me going in the direction I need to be in. Pacing yourself is key and the follow through on your part is as well.
