terrible, don't waste the time

The reader's voice is annoying, but I could get past that if the content was any good but it wasn't. It wasn't insightful, no new ideas on habits, and it was really boring. Pass on it.

AWESOME BOOK

More importantly the content was terrible as well. This author comes across as a retired self important church goer filling in as their "youth group" leader while the church leaders find a permanent replacement.

I am always looking for ways to improve my myself, and like most everyone, I have habits I would like to get rid of or minimize. This book helped me get rid of a couple which had been plaguing me for a long time. If you are like me, give this book a LISTEN.

This is very entertaining for me. This is good

What did you love best about Break Habits?

This Good habits can be developed through repetition. By incorporating behaviors, task and attitude to the regular routines, they usually become a habit, thus becoming natural and virtually effortless. Consistency is the key to your overall success. Change one small habit daily and stick to it is much better than trying to change a lot of habits in one go but burn out after a month
