Publisher's Summary

Book 1: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a form of psychotherapy that helps in treating issues related to behaviors, emotions, and thoughts, with the main objective of boosting happiness and positive well-being.

Cognitive behavioral therapy, known as CBT, focuses on solutions and encourages patients to challenge cognitive distortions and change the destructive patterns in their behavior.

This book gives listeners a general outline of CBT, its common forms of therapy, as well as how it treats people with common disorders, such as anxiety. With the help of this book, you will learn all about CBT and how it can help you to reach your mental health goals.

Book 2: EFT Tapping

Do you ever have times in your life where there's something wrong, but nothing has been able to fix it? If so, then maybe it's time for you to look into to EFT tapping.

Emotional freedom Technique, or EFT, has been around since the early 90's and has proven to be beneficial to many people. It can help people lose weight, fight off an anxiety attack, change their moods, and so much more. It's also extremely simple, and anybody can do it without the need of a doctor.

This book will cover:

  • The History of EFT
  • How to use EFT
  • EFT Tapping Practices
  • EFT Success Stories
  • And much more!

After you listen to this book, you will have a whole new realm of knowledge that will help you achieve amazing things. EFT, to some, is all talk and no action, but instead of letting those people make your decision for you, why don't you give it a try yourself. After you first session you will feel a difference, so get this book today and start changing your life.

So what are you waiting for? Take action, not now, but right now, and grab your copy, today!

    "Simple guide yet effective!"
Which character – as performed by Michael Hatak – was your favorite?

Also worth mentioning is that the book is very well written. And so far, one of the most practical, information-packed self-help books . I liked the performance...the explanations was good...it was clear...

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened it by 2 sittings

    Any additional comments?

I'm a therapist and use CBT and eft on a daily basis. I always look to refresh my learning and sometimes like to go back to review the basics. I was able to listen to this for free with a promotional offer and did not expect much, but I really enjoyed how practical and to the point this book is. The course appeared more like a table of contents of CBT and EFT with too much titles. I would recommend this book because it does have some interesting insights. Definitely worth it.<br/>

    "CBT and EFT Tapping"

This is an excellent introduction book to EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. It was a quick, engaging and easy-to-follow read; you'll find yourself practicing the tapping techniques and affirmation scripts as you're listening along. . Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has been used in so many ways to solve issues raising from the human behavior, personal and social life as well. This book exposes us to ways in which we can make use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I would recommend the book to anyone.

    "Great course"
What does Michael Hatak bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Since you hear him counsel others it's nice to be able to hear the emotion and infliction in their voices.

    Any additional comments?

I have been tapping for a while with an EFT practitioner who recommended this book and I totally loved it! It is very clear and easy to understand - and hugely inspirational. A very interesting and Practical run through using Cbt techniques as a way of helping people cope with real life problems that we can all relate to such as anger management, anxiety and stress related to life changes such as grief or becoming a carer.

    "Worth it."

The reader can learn how to apply and safely use Tapping. EFT is a promising new treatment that is genuine, extremely helpful, practical, and uplifting. The positive results for stress-free living is remarkable, especially for many suffering from physical and emotional pain, and illness After being in a rehabilitation program that focuses on CBT, this book is a great refresher to help after you leave. I had a more severe case of anxiety and depression which required a more inpatient program. I found this amazing bundle a golden treasure in psychology and medicine as an incredible resource to enrich lives.

    "Good self help book"
What about Michael Hatak’s performance did you like?

yeah...the performance made by Michael Hatak was excellent..

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The book encourages you to change aspects of your thinking and your behavior by suggesting alternative ways of being. A lot of the material proved to be an eye opener for me.

    Any additional comments?

I really enjoyed the approach this book takes. It encourages you to go through slowly, one chapter per week, doing the exercises and really thinking about how you feel and why you feel that way. It is essential that the reader takes the time to write down their thoughts as requested throughout the book. Take the time to review these notes as you progress through the book, you will learn a lot.

What does Michael Hatak bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

    Yes was good..performed very well

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

    No

    Any additional comments?

A clear and in depth look into CBT. Loved the clarity, context, and recordings from patients using the CBT tools. A little repetitive, bit it makes sure you can see the tools being used for various purposes. Very enjoyable listen, and gave practical tools for myself and my clients. A nice balance between easy listening in the car after work, yet still engaging enough to be interesting.
