This is helping me. It was recommended by my psychiatrist. Working through the exercises does give me anxiety, so I only work on it a little at a time. My doctor said it’s okay that working on it gives me anxiety because it is more of a controlled environment

Great book...very PRACTICAL

The book helps move you to a mindset of self-acceptance and guides you through a structured approach to challenge your thoughts and incorporate positive and productive behaviors. As you go through each lesson you feel supported and encouraged to be as forgiving of yourself as you may be of others. This is an inspiring and valuable resource.
