Absolutely great....a must read

Would you consider the audio edition of Anxiety: 3 Books in 1 to be better than the print version?

I love it. I learned a lot and actually have the hard copy book as well because I suffer from multiple brain issues but I am functional with a successful career. This was very helpful for me and I actually listen to it over and over again because one of those brain issues is memory dysfunction in which I am unable to retain information. It was literally going in one ear and out the other as I was listening so I have to go back and repeat everything frequently however all in all it's great and it's highly recommended.

Strongly Recommended

I thought this book was very interesting and had some good information on both recognizing anxiety and dealing with it. One aspect I really liked was that throughout the book there are little sections that have tips to try if you only have 5 minutes or 10 minutes, which is helpful when some of the strategies seem intensive or overwhelming. I think this book can be very helpful for anyone struggling with anxiety, as long as they also remain open to seeing a doctor if needed.

Worth reading book

The depression is a real issue that will have serious consequences. I found this book in order to help my girlfriend after her mother pass away, I need to help her so in the search I found this book. I really like it due all the explains the depression and the symptoms that would help you to determine how deep you're in the depression and will guide you with different techniques to work in your self-esteem and relaxation exercises.

I recommend this book if you're in a depression case, it really works!

Life Saver. Book for Fearless living.

Once we got to the actual application part of the book, I was a little disappointed to see it all pared down to breathing and relaxation for panic attacks, and things like exposure therapy for established triggers. While it is cool to know the why behind these practices, I cant say they helped me because I knew the practices themselves have gotten me out of panic attacks before without having to read a book. Very well written and full of thoughtful and practical methods to help those suffering from anxiety. An excellent discussion of various medications and when to consider using.

My ideas of what the author is talking about reflect my spiritual side also. I agree slowing down and keeping your thoughts in the present. It like going within to listen to your higher self.<br/>

Living in the moment so that you can stop your negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts.Being mindful of excessive thinking creates obsessive behavior.

I really like much this Book that gives me a lot of tips how to relaxed. It's a lot o benefits to found, a big help us to defeat fear and depression. Now , we need some advise and exercise to make comfortable. A healing book that can finally kick our depression ,fears, anxiety etch. This is great a lot of helpful tips how to become strong and to relaxed. That is perfect for me, I will apply it to my self.

It works if u work it!

I enjoyed this audiobook big time! I liked author's view - it helped me to find those critical ideas that although the whole panic attacks/anxiety thing is huge and powerful, I yet can stay in charge of my own head. It's a difficult way to recovery but it's still real, and there is hope. It works if u work it!

Colossal assistant

This audiobook is amazing. It feels like your friend talking to you, preferably than a doctor talking at you. I admire that he explains different anxieties and techniques to help absolve and release the symptoms of anxiety. Colossal assistant!

Digestible information

This AUDIObook is short and compact. A lot of other books on these issues become especially wordy and get into the plants of working to pick out exactly what is going on. This book looks to be focused also towards taking actionable steps and finding solutions.

this audiobook shines is in its performance

K. Williams embraces all of the natural methods for battling anxiety and does it in a relaxed, pleasant way. Where this audiobook shines is in its performance. You, or at least I, seemed like he genuinely cared about making a variation in my life and was thrilled for me to gain which can be amazingly helpful while you are in the throws of anxiety!

FANTASTIC

I love this AUDIObook, what made it whole the extra power is that it's written by someone who's been into it. I've fought with anxiety for two decades and had all kinds of methods, counseling, and therapy, and yet there are things in this book I've never more realized either been cleared, and I wanted to hear them. Thank you, K. Williams, for this fine book

As someone who has testified and observed first-hand how harmful panic illnesses and anxiety attacks can be, I was extreme to get further about my condition. K. William outlines the underlying causes of anxiety and presents his conclusions in a clear and concise way. For me, the ease I listen to this AUDIO and knew this amazed me. Maximum, if not all, writing about anxiety seems to be quite dull, and I always felt more misunderstood about my own condition after examining some of these reports than when I first came in. K. Williams writes about the varieties shown during a panic attack or an anxiety attack, encouraging the better guess what an attack should look and feel like. Before this, I was ever self-conscious of my condition; presently, I have better knowledge of my condition and feel more positive than before. Thanks, K. Williams for such an advisory AUDIO!

Good advice

My son beats from Anxiety attacks. I like that this AUDIObook is so straightforward and clear to follow. It sets anxiety and panic attacks into prospect and shows you how you can overcome the fear they cause.Superb! My son's anxiety problems have become less and less and when he does have them he now understands what to do and how to quiet himself.Good advice.
