Simply written without exotic ingredients no one wants to bother finding. I've made 3-4 recipes already and you can tell they are chef designed. Simple and taste wonderful. The kind of cookbook you'll actually use each day.

Life Changer

As someone who lives with a chronic pain disorder, this hook has been amazing. I had no idea that so many small ingredients were affecting my dystrophy. Fantastic work

The recipes don't see difficult and don't have foods that would be hard for an everyday person to find, I'm especially excited to try Pomegranate Steak and the Strawberry-Almond Fruit Pops. The book even helps you figure out how to start a routine, suggesting you start by eliminating one "bad" food at a time. I will definitely be recommending this to my mother and friends.

I found it easy to use.

First, let me state, I purchased this book. I am not a paid reviewer nor have I received anything for doing a review.
Some of the recipes are time consuming.
Some of the recipes have ingredients that I had to look for - they weren't in my regular grocery store. I was able to find everything at a high end grocer.
The food is good, or at least I like most of it.
It is hard work only if you allow it to be. I haven't made every recipe in the book. I make what I like.

Fresh food, fresh perspective.

Taking the advice desperate for some autoimmune flareup relief. I'm on week 2, not healed but vastly better than I was at the moment. My symptoms come and go, so they might have been going. Either way I'm definitely making better food choices at the store when I shop now. Definitely not as cheap to shop but fresh is fresh

Excellent layout to make changes in your life.

This is the best Anti-Inflammatory cookbook. It provides variations to recipes based on the approach you want to take. The recipes taste good. It's the best tool I have for making the lifestyle change I want to make.

worth recommending

Awesome! Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in anyway. Clearly illustrated too which helps. Really worth recommending!
