Publisher's summary

The finale of the Zombie Road tale. It's been a month since the outbreak, and the survivors of the zombie apocalypse have started a new life in a walled city. There are still a few enemies that need to be dealt with, the kind that can think and plan, and they can be more devastating than a horde of the undead.

I loved it

I listen to a ton of zombie books and this is a good series. I like the amount of detail that went into it. It was just enough to sell the story line but not so much that it bored you. The narrator did a good job with the different voices. You could tell the characters apart and he didn’t have to create an array of odd voices in order to differentiate them from each other. The only thing that kept pulling me out of the story is that he did all this research but somehow failed to learn that marines are not soldiers. Marines are marines. Army guys are soldiers. Do not call a marine a soldier they won’t like it. I will definitely be looking for more books from this author.

Smashing conclusion!

…to the trilogy. Terrific action, as in all the books, lots of tense “battle” scenes that have you right in the middle, good guys win (though not without great effort) and a very satisfying finish. AND I love the fact that if we want more, the author has Jessie’s story about to unfold. OR you can stop here and conclude with an excellent story as it is. Many thanks. Me? I’m off to find out what happens next.

David Simpson does it again!

ohhhhhhhh the Farmhouse scene was so over the top! what a epic battle that was. Just wish i wasnt eating lunch while listening to it. And remember, best laid plans are ruined by a punch in the face!

I enjoyed the constant action and interesting characters. Also nice to not hear annoying PC crap for once.

And the RAGE Continues...

Human beings at their best and worst. A real “good” vs. “evil” series. As Mr. Simpson says in his epilogue: There are good and bad people out there. It just so happens that during a zombie apocalypse the differences between the two are (unfortunately) unabashedly more glaring.

Even though this series is clearly for entertainment, and 100% fictional, there are life lessons to take out of these epic books.

Excellent storyline by Mr. Simpson and fantastic narration by Mr. Shelman! Thanks for the engrossing entertainment!
