Agonists have a large fan-base who watch them on the Net, and they revel in the attention. Nasir is reluctant to go, since he's on the board of directors that controls Heaven, and he knows why it's a class 10. His younger girlfriend, Sheeba, talks him into it and disaster strikes: Nasir and Sheeba are captured by workers who control Heaven. Nasir has to come to terms with the brutal exploitation he has been a part of and avoid the "disease" that runs rampant amongst Heaven's workers.

I remembered this in a different light.
Loved the story when if first came out and picked this up on Audible. One of the first books I bought here and had trouble getting through it again and again. I get it. your obsessed with (I refuse to type her name. I'm that sick of it) I liked the narrator on this one. Does a good job with different voices and inflections. It a rough first half but if you keep going it's mostly worth the ride.

Worst listen yet.
This is a story about nothing, with characters that are vapid and forgettable. No one was likeable, and several times I found myself wondering how long I could keep listening to this worthless dribble.
At one point even the author asks the question "Why are you still listening?" Only at the very end does the story become somewhat interesting, but the characters are still pathetic. I don't think it was worth all the awful dialog and slow-moving non-existent storyline to get to the end where there was a little bit of interesting twists.
