Wow!

The pacing of the story and versatility of the actor were great! Great story too

Good space novella with so many holes in the story

Would you listen to The Lost Patrol again? Why?

No. I never listen to anything twice

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

The crew could be less of a bunch of 10 year olds with their constant questioning of directives from the captain
The captain is so self centered it can be annoying.
The lack of common sense in parts of the story lines is a little annoying for example.
The robots are often described as being very strong and heavy yet no one has thought to identify them with a scale?
The enemy is often located a 1/2 light year away yet when the ship appears they immediately fire missile that fly less than light speed but will arrive in 30 hours?

With all this I still enjoy the series and will buy the next book

Keeps getting better!

This is an excellent addition to an already outstanding series. The characters continue to grow, interesting new characters are introduced, and the plot continues to develop in interesting and unpredictable ways. An outstanding book, and I can't wait for the next one!

I enjoyed it not the greatest read but I still enjoy it starting to get a little long-winded waiting for the end of the series

Not To Bad

Although the performance was awesome and the talent of the narrator is large the story line was predictable. in my opinion this really didn't move the story along much.

in pervious books I was drawn in and wanted to learn more about the characters. In this installment I only kept listening to see if any new developments would happen.

This whole book could have been reduced and put as a chapter or two in another book.

I'll take a break from this series for awhile and come back to it. Hopefully my memory will dull and the story line will seem fresh again.

Another great addition to the series

This story had a really interesting twist in it. For some this is a drawn out or slow paced series but I really enjoyed the pace and the details Vaughn puts into these stories. There characters are enjoyable and I look forward to the next book if one comes out.

Another incredible addition to a great series

This series has become one of my all-time favorites.

It just keeps getting better and better, building upon the previous books in an amazingly absorbing fashion.

The author is at the top of his game, and Mark Boyette does his usual wonderful performance.

I can't say enough about how good this series is!

I'm absolutely hooked on these books. What an imagination this author has to keep the stories so thrilling from book to book. The narrator really helps to keep you on the edge here and there. After some deep calming breaths, I'll be grabbing the next book.
