Publisher's Summary

After Dred laid waste to Heaven, defeated Lucifer, and kidnapped Gabriella, Arthur will do anything to stop him, even if it means teaming up with Hell's greatest enemy.

Armed with a sword more powerful than ever, Arthur has one chance to rebuild Heaven, forge an alliance between the angels and demons, and find the Holy Grail.

If he succeeds, he may just have the power he needs to defeat Dred and rescue Gabriella, but if he fails, well, at least the convenience store is still hiring.

Building Steam!!!

Every time I think of J.A. Cipriano, my first inclination is to go to his awesome book, The Pen is Mightier, but, after 4 hits of Arthur and team I have found that I am now shifting into a deep respect for this series. Cipriano really knows how to build a story, and with book 4 we are making progress. I might not know where we are heading, but I know the ride is going to be sweet. Arthur and gang are as engaging as always, and it is good to see him really laying down some serious sword action.

Furlong continues doing some heavy lifting with his story telling, the man is a beast. At this point I could not see anyone else narrate another Builder's book. He is undoubtedly a top narrator.

Despite being the 4th book in a series this collection shows no sign of slowing. There is no fatigue, and it continues to blow its readers away.

Go back, get books 1-3, read them, then read this, and then go get The Pen is Mightier. Then your life will be complete.

Such a fun series!

As with the first three books, this series just continues to be fun and entertaining. The story starts right where the last book left off which is something I like in a series. It was over 7 hours long, but I binge listened to it and it flew by WAY to fast. I am now stuck waiting for the next book to come out. You could definitely say that is proof of how good a series it is. Gary Furlong is quickly becoming one of my favorite narrators on Audible. He gives unique voices to his characters and, in my opinion, does great accents. I liked seeing the contrast between Heaven and Hell and learning more about the angels. Now, just need book 5 to be released soon!

great books but...

Really don't need to focus so much on the sexual aspect of it. The story and execution of it is more then enough without the need for the all the sex.

Oh man two for the price of one

Envy and Wrath have made things difficult for our MC and now he's on his way to beat some tough odds.

Have to go to Heaven to save Hell

Who was your favorite character and why?

Lucifer is always fun in these books, and I like Gary Furlong's choices with the character. She is the most unpredictable of the Angels and she is always a fun character to throw into a scene.

What about Gary Furlong’s performance did you like?

He did an outstanding job narrating once again, and brings lots of fun to the series. Gary Furlong gives all of the characters unique voices, and brings some of the scenes to gleeful life.

Any additional comments?

This book really started pushing the altered version of some Arthurian story lines and melded them with the Hell/Heaven vs Darkness story. The Mirror-verse was a cool place and I have enjoyed the world building in the last few of these books. A good follow up to the last book, and sets its sights on things beyond the conflict with Dred, even though Arthur lore doesn't make it past his fight with Mordred. It is a fun series and I look forward to the continuing story.

Just keep them coming!

I am enjoying this series! Please keep them coming! Typically after 4 books you expect the story to get a little stale, but I keep getting something more in each. This series is worth checking out. Well worth the credit and the time to listen.

Simply amazing!

In this, my fourteenth read/listen from author J.A. Cipriano, it's all coming together! Outstanding & enjoyable read, especially for fans of FRP and so much more. The book continues seamlessly from book 3. So good I can't wait to delve into the next book in the series. Narrator Gary Furlong again lends his incredible talents to the reading of this book, his varied voice inflections add greatly to the enjoyment of the book.

A fantastic read!

Wow...what did I listen to!?! Damn, it was amazing and fantastic and fun and enjoyable and entertaining...and yes, I can go on and on. But you get my point? Right? Right? So, go and read this series now.

I think book four just became my favourite book in this series! So much fun. So much adventure. So much action.

The narrator did such a great job of narrating this book as well as the previous books. Loved listening to his voice.

Perfect for readers of fantasy reads.
