LOVED IT UNTIL THE SOUND WENT OUT ABOUT 4 HOURS FROM THE FINISH. TRIED TO REPLAY, REWIND, ETC. NOTHING WORKED. ALL OTHER BOOKS WORK!
What made the experience of listening to The Agent the most enjoyable?
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Agent?
Mia's change to help the doctor.
What didn’t you like about Napoleon Ryan’s performance?
Overly dramatic, became distracting to the story. It felt like the performance was more important than the story.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I not have an extreme reaction- I had an effective reader experience. I could imagine the story clearly in my mind.
Enjoyed listening to the narrator, very suitable for Mr. Pope! I can't wait to listen to the next book!
I had trouble putting it on pause. The suspense was great. The character build up of Myra was excellent. The ending blew my mind. Mark....when is the sequel (book 4) going to be out?
Great series really enjoyed all 3. Looking for the next one to continue the story.

Could, not put the series down. Hope there will be a next book as I need to know if Isabella and Pope meet again :-)
Lots of people have said narration below usual standard but I don't think so They have also criticised quick ending but again I don't find it a problem.
A good story line with obvious need to listen to next one . I like series so find it OK.
If you like series and an English narration then I would reccomend the books to you
I preferred this to the previous story in the series. It was more pacy and interesting in content. Isabella Rose is certainly an amazing fictional fifteen year old, shrewd, skilled and learned! I'm now anticipating book four in the series....
Excellent book, well written once again. A lot of jumping about to sort the characters but once sorted everything fell into place. Just have to wait now for the next installment which I hope isn't too long in coming.
Loved all of the Isabella Rose series so far - next one please! Couldn't put it down!
I've read and listened to a lot of books from this author, great stories, gripping and interesting, this particular book was ruined for me by the narration, like a bad Bond villain reading me a story!
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
I thought this was very disjointed book and a very far fetched story line, I usually like Mark Dawson but thought this was very poor for him as usually his standard is high
What will your next listen be?
It certainly won't be the next book in this series which is a shame as I like Mark Dawson
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
It must have been very hard for the narrator and I feel sorry for him having to read such rubbish
What character would you cut from The Agent?
The whole lot apart from Michael Pope
Any additional comments?
This wasn't worth the money I paid for it, the first book in a long time that I never enjoyed one little bit.<br/>I am a member of two book groups so from time to time I have to recommend authors and books but this is a no go in every sense utter rubbish
This has got to be the worst audio book I have ever listened to. I have listened to Mark Dawson books previously and enjoyed the narration. Having read the first 2 books in this trilogy I decided to buy the audible version fir the third. What a mistake! I tried to persevere but the narration was so appalling that I gave up. I wanted to know what happened so I ended up buying this final book on my kindle
I will never listen to anything by this narrator again, and I would strongly advise anyone considering it to think again!
It was a great story, Isabella proving to be able to follow in her mother's footsteps and also a likeable character that draws you in. I am looking forward to the next one, WHEN? Can't wait!
I really enjoyed this. Pope trying to protect Isabella but she's more than capable. The ending only wets the appetite for the next one. Great writing.
Would you try another book written by Mark Dawson or narrated by Napoleon Ryan?
I really liked his early books, but this series about the daughter is way below par.I kept waiting and hoping it would improve. It didn't
Would you ever listen to anything by Mark Dawson again?
It would have to be cheap.
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
What pace. The narration was good. the story was weak.
Do you think The Agent needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
No. his storyline has gone downhill.
Any additional comments?
A pity, I found the books about John and Beatrice quite interesting.
