Very good story!!

The story started a little slower than I had hoped for. Sounded more like a war story which is not my cup of tea. I love Sci-Fi books more. But as the story went on it started to change and I got the sci-fi part that I had hoped for. Would love for this to be a longer book and to find out what happens further along in the story. But I loved the story and how it all came together and the ending was great. Letting you hang on to wanting more which I like in a good story. I loved the characters and the bits of back story to each of them. I think a longer book would have given us more back story to each of the main characters, but that is ok as it left me wanting more.
