Another Good Grimes Adventure

Grimes fines a planet modeled after Greek Sparta with out any woman! I'm glad I don't live there.

Those pesky humans with bumps on their chests

Would you consider the audio edition of Spartan Planet to be better than the print version?

Yes because I have a tendicity to skip words when reading

What does Aaron Abano bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Proper inflection on words/sentences help bring the story to life

Any additional comments?

This is book 5 (1968) of the John Grimes saga. Lost colony found where only the very elite know what women are, so when Grimes ship lands and the women begin to be viewed by the ordinary men all things begin to change. Short story of Grimes Among the Gourmets (1978) comes next before book 6 "The Inheritors" (1972)

Grimes on a gay planet!

Gay world where women are unknown! Almost...Wild concept but actually one of the better Grimes, I think! Plenty of action towards the end.
