Gods walk the Realms!

Rising up from the black depths of the Underdark, the drow once more meet the dwarves of Mithral Hall. Bruenor Battlehammer, with Drizzt at his side, won't go down without a fight - but they'll have to fight without Wulfgar or Catti-brie at their sides.

The final book of the third trilogy!

Victor has always been one of my favorite narrators so this was an amazing book to read.

One of the best books in the Drizzt Legend.

This book, as all of the books for Drizzt, should need little praise, for the collected works speak so well for themselves. However, the narration for this particular book was fantastic and really stood out, making the enjoyment of rereading or relistening to this book one I look forward to for many decades to come.

Good but my least favorite of the series so far.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Drizzt because he's the bomb diggity.

Which character – as performed by Victor Bevine – was your favorite?

Reegis. He's comical.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes.

Any additional comments?

My least favorite of the series so far. It was a little confusing in the beginning but explains itself as the story goes on. Although it was my least favorite it still is a very critical book in the Drizzt series and a lot of important events happen.

Pronunciations

Love the book and the format! Would prefer to have an author that used more common (to me) dialogue for words like "bade", but that may be more an American colloquialism.

Great book, narration audio mix seemed off

Loved the story, the only thing that bothered me was the audio mix. I had to set my stereo with negative bass and turn it really high during the softer spoken parts where the narrator was emphasizing emotion. The highs and lows were lacking compression. If you can get passed all this I would recommend it.

This knd was kind of all over.

Still well worth the credit still classic Salvatore, I just have been in the under datk for too long and am tired of this house and that mother. but there is much more too it. the performance painted a picture as vivid as a HD TV the story was long the way i like Salvatore storys. the lady of Silver gets her hands dirty and shows she just aint another hottie.

Another enthralling tale to wet your whistle...

Yet again, my favorite author takes us through a tale of near death, consequential love, and the dramatic for the hidden schemes of those involved till just the right moment! Keep up the great work my friend!
