Publisher's summary

The story: It is a typical Spring in California. A space ship from an advanced distant civilization in a neighbor galaxy that claims to have visited and created life on Earth millions of years before crashes unexpectedly on the Pacific Ocean near the US West Coast.

Their peaceful intention is to repeat their early contribution to life on Earth by planting new life matter in our waters, hoping for a better outcome this time: a world free from disease, both physically and mentally, perhaps even conflict.

Unfortunately for Robert Johnson, a California-based nautical engineer who is pursuing a mundane business relationship between his ship and NASA's Shuttle Space program and happened to be in the vicinity of the crash site when it happened, the disturbance created by the alien capsule trying to avoid detection produces unpleasant and unforeseen atmospheric and sea conditions that paralyzes Johnson's ship and its electronic equipment during a critical test, destroying his ambitious efforts.

Two of the travelers in the space ship leave their base and swim to the California coast on an exploratory probing mission, and one of them perishes in a tragic automobile accident near Morro Bay in Big Sur. The existence of the lone survivor, in the meantime, is suspected by ruthless and ambitious criminals associated with a pharmaceutical empire who want him to get at any cost what is believed to be the unique life-saving immune power contained in the man's disease-free blood.

In a violent cat and mouse dirty game where human lives are disposed of violently by a group of thugs led by Jack La Pierre, the CEO of a large pharmaceutical company working in cahoots with the leader of a Southeastern-based mega church that supports him financially, the extraterrestrial is able to conceal existence first and avoid capture later.
