Three and still strong

I like most who have reviewed this series, thoroughly enjoyed the first two episodes and have just finished the third and its terrific. If you like action, aliens and tongue in cheek plots take a ride you wont be disappointed. narration is good, story is interesting and the price is right.

This book brings the story togeather

In this book the story comes together well, while I found the first 2 books a bit disjointed the 3rd book does a good job of bringing the story together and laying the foundations for the books to come. I really enjoyed this book and want to get into the next couple in the series to see how it will unfold. The narrator does another great job.

Good continuation of the series

Have you listened to any of Mark Boyett’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, the first two Star Force books. Oration is as good as the other books in the series.

Any additional comments?

If you like the Star Force series, this book won't disappoint. It's a grueling continuation of book #2, as Riggs Pigs try to make it back to Earth. It's packed with action in various locales - giant space habitats, space, ships, and Earth orbit. You'll also find out a lot about the Blues and the Centaurs.

Good story and narration

Mark Boyett's reading really brings this story to life! His characters are well done and believable. The Story itself is entertaining. It has space battles, ground battles, morality, love and not so many main characters that you can not keep track of them all. Some of the science is more glossed over than I would like, but I can look past that. Each book has been it's own story, yet still a continuation of the whole story. That helps greatly in long series in not getting bored.

good sci-fi and action battles.

B. V. Larson is getting into his rhythm here with another good story. If you've made it this far into Star Force and like it, just keep going to the end.

good clean fun

Would you consider the audio edition of Rebellion to be better than the print version?

Yes, it was very well delivered...all 3 in the series were.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Well, Kyle Riggs of course. In this book, he was more human, less brilliant than in the 1st especially. The only thing about this character that I kept thinking was, he's a college professor, no military experience, and in charge of military veterans, indeed, in charge of Starforce, responsible for Earth's existence?

What does Mark Boyett bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Personality, he adds a layer of interest to all the characters. He's good with accents.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The herd race, choosing to die as they did...that was thought provoking.

Any additional comments?

Great series, as someone else said in their review of the first book, the scene descriptions leave you enough leeway to
