I am enjoying the star force story line.

another good story on the worms and goat people with a Twist at the end.

Hate the girlfriend...

Overall it's a fine story like most of Larson's work. The only thing that really bothers me is the girlfriend character. She's completely unlikable and annoying. She comes off as brainless, vindictive and generally a horrible excuse for a human being. If she was removed or rewritten with even half a brain it'd make a huge difference.

enjoyable

Good storyline. Longer lasting story than I expected which was fine wuth me. Good development of the plot.

Great book but the last third was TEDIOUS.

Some of the interpersonal stuff was just so over the top. I suppose he needed to address the personal stuff but it just seemed so out of place.
The book was great but I felt my attention falling off at the 2/3 mark. I even fast forwarded to the end just so I felt some resolution then the next day I slogged through the remaining chapters.

The hi-tech savagery continues...

What does Mark Boyett bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Mark Boyett is a great performer who continues to breathe life into characters in yet another Star force novel.

"Rebellion" keeps the action coming. Rigg's Pigs are in for another bloodbath in V.B Larson's third installment of the "Star force" series. If you've made it this far you know the score, and life for Star Force Marines is about to get worse. Book 3 does a good job of adding more humor, drama, and gore into the mix without slowing things down. Better than book 2.

If you like the first couple books in this series then you will enjoy this one. Performance once again was excellent.

Great read

I really enjoy this kind of stories. They keep you interested from start to finish and asking for more of The same type of book's. I recommend them to anyone who likes this kind of reading. Looking forward to more of his series's.

I'm thoroughly enjoying Larson's writing... Full of interesting twists and turns and unexpected outcomes. The interactions between man and machines and alien races are very well crafted and I think very plausible. Aliens are alien. The narration is
very well done.

A Very Good Series

What did you love best about Rebellion?

It's an overall good story. This one in particular is very fast paced, action in just about every chapter without going too in depth into techno babble. Just enough to paint the picture and move on.

The narrating is absolutely superb across all three books. Hopefully, Boyett comes back for #4.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Kyle Riggs, of course. Nobody in this series lives long enough to go too in depth with. But, it's a 1st person story telling so just the nature of the beast.

Which scene was your favorite?

Not sure there really is a favorite here. One stands out but strikes me as an author just deciding to take his main character on a death defiance trip for cheers.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
