Sci-fi short story collection

Reach for Infinity is a collection of fourteen sci-fi short stories, edited by Jonathan Strahan which is the third volume in the Infinities series. There is a wide variety of sci-fi subgenres. One short story was the basis for a film. Also included is an Ian McDonald offering, The Fifth Dragon, and serves as the origin story for one of the five dragons in his Luna trilogy.

Each tale is handled by a different narrator. The narration is well done with good character distinction throughout. Pacing is brisk overall.
