One of my favorite episodes

What did you love best about Nothing in the Dark: The Twilight Zone Radio Dramas?

The narration was divine and the background sounds really added to the story. You could close your eyes and see everything.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Death. He had that lovely hint of terrifying and also somehow showed kindness.

What does Marshall Allman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

It is much more intimate this way. You have this shared experience with this production and also have the delicious chills that only The Twilight Zone an deliver.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The ending. It is universal.

One of the most memorable of them all

I'm not sure if I would say this was my favourite, but it's certainly one of the most memorable, and I love listening to it time and time again. The storyline is interesting, and though other people saw the twist coming, I admit it, I did not. Even if you do see it, it's stilll a great episode. The acting is pure perfection, especially by the actor who plays Wanda. In a way I get why they didn't show her as the star, but if you listen to this you will probably agree that she was the real star of the episode.

Roz Alexander is the real star of this episode.

Marvellous story. A simple play with really only two actors. Allman (weak) and as Wanda an unbilled Roz Alexander. That she is not on the cover or even listed as a narrator is shameful. She is the real star of this episode. Her fear and panic comes across and holds you in a strong grip. You do not want to miss this episode.

Gripping

Good listen for my walk to work, don't even remember the journey as I was so taken in by Wanda and her fears. Who's the good and guys and who are the bad... Brilliant
