Great action/adventure in the WH40K universe

I enjoyed the voice actor for all 3 books. I just wish the first syllable of each new chapter wasn't cut out.

Abnett and Longworth at their finest

Abnett is at his finest once again, captivating the reader and/or listener with a tale of a man's struggle with his own ethics and an external threat that seeks to destroy him and all he holds dear

Good book but...

I have really enjoyed all three books the only problem is I know this is coming to an end but he kills off a lot of characters you really like. still an epic story in the Warhammer universe.

The voice acting is absolutely fantastic and all three of these books

Great

the only thing that could have been better about this book would have been a stronger ending, one that more cohesively summarizes the three books and explain Eisenhorn's feelings about the outcome

Required reading for any 40K fan

If touve got as for as book 3 then you dont need me to tell you that this is the seminal 40k trilogy, and whilst its a few years old now it stands up to most of the books in that universe. Dan Abnett is a master wordsmith of the 40k universe, and this narrator compliments the rhe tones and emotions of the books to perfection.

Slow burner but worth finishing.

After the initial action there's a lot of slugging through - I loved the first two, but this one struggles to provide equal entertainment. There are some great parts, but it felt (to me) a laborious journey between them - unlike the previous two. However, I did listen to all three in succession, so that may have had an effect.

Story, and Toby Longworths reading are both fantastic. No holds bared, and plenty of characters sacrificed for the cause of a great finale to the trilogy

Worth every second. A great read

Great book we'll read. A few accents that twinge in places, but the story flowed. Thanks to audible and black library for the collaborative effort.
Worth spending 3 credits for the whole trilogy!

Fitting end to a trilogy

The final arc of Eisenhorns trilogy. Abnett at his best. If you're reading this you've already read the other books and will love this.
