Fabulously Fun Christian Story for All Ages!

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this book! It grabbed my attention from the very beginning and, I couldn’t put it down until it was over. Now, I’m sad it’s ended. I really hope this was the beginning to a series; I would love to find out what happens in the kids’ lives and, most definitely, I want to hear what mischief Chloe and her best friend find!
The narration was fabulous, as well! I’m always a bit hesitant to listen when the author narrates but, in this case, as with NG books, the narration is spot on! All the characters had their own unique voice and, even the young kid voices were excellently executed! Giselle Lumas did an AWESOME job all the way around, from the writing of the very first word, to the telling of the last! I wish I could give it 10 stars! I absolutely loved it.....and, please, please, please give us another, Ms. Lumas!! I 972% recommend this book!

Needs to be WAY longer

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I was very intrigued by the synopsis for this book. An angel not remembering what she is and living a normal, human life. I was most intrigued by the idea that her not remembering could have bad consequences. I really wanted to know what those consequences would be. That being said, I felt this book was WAY too short. It left a lot of things unanswered/unresolved. It felt unfinished, really. What there was, though, was good enough that I would consider another by this author. As long as it was a lot longer than 2 hours. For me, I wouldn't ever burn a credit on a book under 10 hours, unless it was my absolute favorite author/narrator duo.

A Sweet Story

A sweet story about a woman who is an angel but was given twenty years to live as a human and experience life. She marries and has children. At twenty years she is contacted to help remember her previous life. A sweet story with a happy ending.

Her Forgotten Halo

I was very intrigued by the description of this book. Why would Kylie not remember she was an angel, and what would happen if she didn’t remember in time?

Giselle Lumas has written and narrated an interesting story that kept my attention throughout. I loved the way it ended, but it would be great to have a follow up story!

Her Forgotten Halo

Decent story. I wish the story was a little longer. I feel some elements would be better fleshed out if the story was longer. I do like how the story was resolved. The narration was alright. I received this audio book for free through Audiobook Boom for my unbiased review.

Being a Guardian Angel is a family business.

I received a review copy at my request and voluntarily reviewed.

I have to admit I did not know what to expect from this story. The blurb does not really tell the reader anything and I enjoyed finding out that will would happening with the main character. All we know is that Kylie is an Angel but have no idea why she is in the mortal realm and why does she have a certain about of time left to remember.

I really enjoyed going on the journey with Kylie trying to figure out who she is and what her purpose is. There is something about her husband, Thomas, that I do not like. He just seems a bit full of himself where I felt as though he distracted from the story. I loved the rest of the family Sara, Tommy, and Chloe. There are a lot of unanswered questions that I would like answered such as who is Chloe's best-friend and is she stronger then her other siblings?

Giselle Lumas not only wrote this story but she also narrated it. The pace was consistent however the transitions were a bit off for me. I do not know if it was the transitions within the story if it had to to with the narration. Either way if just seemed as though the flow was not fully there. I would like to read more from this author and I cannot wait to find out what is next.

An interesting idea

I found the main idea behind this story really interesting but I had problems buying into it with the way it was executed. I found the behavior of Kylie really odd, I felt like she endangered her children on a number of occasions and that this encouraged the children to behave in other dangerous ways.

I feel like the book was too short and left lots of unanswered questions. there were contradictions that left me wondering how I could be expected to accept things.

The narration was OK, but only OK. The first minute had me thinking 'this is awful', it did get a bit better but the character voices were inconsistent and the overall flow of the delivery was a little off.

I received a free copy of this book from the author and/or narrator and/or publisher in exchange for an honest review.

I'm a what?!

Fun, what she had to put up with.
Some people have said that one of the things they would want to know in a review is if I'd listen again. Umm probably not.
Dang I don't have the next one.
