Publisher's Summary

Power so old, deep, and chilling it hurts to think about it will overrun Earth if nothing changes. Targeted, furious, and fighting back, Aislinn runs wide open, gathering allies and putting her life on the line.

Aislinn Lenear has traveled a long road since the dark gods invaded Earth more than three years ago. After seeing her father slaughtered in front of her, and her mother sink into madness, Aislinn built strong walls around her heart. First her bond wolf, and then Fionn MacCumhaill, changed all that, but she and Fionn are far from home free.

Four of the six dark gods are still sowing destruction, and they've joined forces with Lemurians, a desperate lot, running just ahead of the tide of their own mortality. In a bold move, they try to co-opt a group of young dragons, and very nearly succeed. Dewi, the Celtic dragon god, and Nidhogg, the Norse dragon god, banish their brood to the dragons' home world, but they refuse to stay put.

In a fast-paced, tension-riddled closure to this dystopian, urban fantasy series, Earth's Hope sweeps from Ireland to the Greek Islands to the Pacific Northwest to borderworlds where the dark gods live. Fionn's and Aislinn's relationship is strained to the breaking point as they struggle to work together without tearing one another to bits. Fionn is used to being obeyed without question, but Aislinn won't dance to his tune. If they can find their way, there may be hope for a ravaged Earth.

Amazing conclusion

I would have thought that all the action would be over with the first two fast paced books in this series. Boy, was I wrong. This book starts up with the dragons mourning their loss. The inducement to get rid of the Lemurians and the Dark lords is increased now. The Dark lords are also stepping up their plan of getting rid of the dragons, Celtic gods and rebellious humans.
There is an advantage of having the extra dragons and humans helping out but will it be enough for open war against them?
Watch Aislinn and Fionn as their love grows and their relationship matures through the many trials and pitfalls of conflict with creatures of all sorts.

The perfect ending with a twist

This book was my favorite out of the series with the twists and turns you never see coming keeping you on my toes till the very end of it. The Celtic Gods keep thing funny and have great battle ideas that shows their experience well having humans help makes them realistic. Ann has held up to her high standards of writing for this whole series!

An exciting conclusion to the series.

What made the experience of listening to Earth's Hope the most enjoyable?

I enjoyed how each of the characters were portrayed using a variety of voices, accents, etc. that helped to bring them to life.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I think I'd have to pick the baby dragons...I loved that they were not willing to sit on the sidelines and found a way to make a HUGE impact in the battle to reclaim Earth.

Which scene was your favorite?

I think my favorite scene was at the conclusion of the story when Aislinn insisted she and Fionn be married outside so the dragons could be included in their celebration. After all the trials and tribulations the characters went through to reclaim Earth, it was nice to see them finding peace together.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

It's the final fight to reclaim Earth...who will win in the end?

The grand finale

What a roller coaster! I don't want to give any story line away but the action never stops. Between the misadventures of baby dragons, the dark Gods infatuation with Aislinn, and the constant clashes with denizens from hell, I felt like I needed a nap. However, all good things must come to an end and you finally get a happy ending with the final chapter in this story. I would highly recommend this series!
