Publisher's summary

Slow-simmering romance, secrets by the dozen, heart-warming triumph, and a crew of sexy lumberjack werebears come together to tell Brighton's story in this final installment of T. S. Joyce's best-selling Saw Bears series.

Brighton Beck's inner grizzly is out of control. It's been months since he killed his tormentor, but just seeing the man who stole his voice has put his bear on a bender. When a timid woman at a local diner approaches him, he couldn't be less interested. She's mousy, submissive, and worst of all...human.

Or at least he thinks she is, but she proves to him things aren't always as they appear. And now it's up to Brighton, and his broken bear, to find out who turned her.

Everly Moore is up to her eyeballs in problems, and at the top of the pile is a sickness her doctors can't figure out. When Brighton takes an oath to draw her bear from her, it's apparent he's not only lost his voice, but he's lost his mind as well. But when she discovers the dark secret of what's been done to her, she'll have to lean on the quiet man who has intrigued her throughout the years.

The only problem is, Brighton is fighting demons of his own, and if she can't reach the animal within her and survive the Change, she and the man she is falling in love with could both be lost.

Content warning: explicit love scenes, naughty language, and piles of sexy shifter secrets. Adult-only bear shifter romance.

Will they be able to overcome their challenges?

Sawman Werebear is the fourth book in the Saw Bears series. Brighton’s bear is completely out of control, but one day while he’s at a diner, he runs into Everly. While Everly seems like a submissive human, Brighton is shocked when he discovers that she has a claim mark, but has never shifted and has no idea about what she could become. As they grow closer, Brighton wants to claim Everly as his own, but will he be able to settle his bear down and can they safely turn Everly before her bear rips her apart?

Oh my, talk about a book that just pulls at your heart strings right from the very beginning! Both Brighton and Everly go on a journey together of self-discovery, finding safety and comfort in another person, fighting for what truly matters in life, and discovering love. Brighton has had so much pain from his past and it was hard to see how much his bear controlled him, but I loved his sweetness and patience with Everly. While she may have been a submissive personality, Everly was still brave and had the most caring heart. I loved Brighton and Everly together, I loved the challenges they faced and needed to overcome, I loved their passion, and I loved their love. Ms. Harte did a fantastic job with the characters and their emotions, and listening to this book definitely had a stronger impact on my own emotions than just reading. This has been a fantastic series so far and I loved this addition!

It all comes full circle!

This is book #4 of #7 in the Saw Bears Series, and book #4 of #48 in the Damon’s Mountains Universe Series. It’s also Brighton and Everly’s story. This is Brighton’s side of the story that started in the last book by his twin, Dennison. There is a lot of story to be filled in, because Brighton remembers everything. The acts get no less gruesome, so be warned. Events of this book, bring us all the way back round to the first. It gets the feels going good. T.S. Joyce and Mackenzie Harte continue to put forth quality work. I can’t wait for the next. I listened to this through Audible Escape.

A multiple read

I like to read a book then get the audiobook if it is good and listen to it as I work. I love this series and can’t wait to own them all. This is the 4th book in the saw series and it’s about Brighten and Everly. It is a stand alone but should be read in order for better understanding of this book world. I love how this author builds this series, you feel like these people are real and friends.

Hearts awakening!

This one had so much emotional power and healing along with the normal very hot sexy love scenes. It’s one you don’t want to skip. Great story by Ms Joyce & great narration by Ms Harte.

On a roll !

whispersync, shifters, romance, abuse, PTSD, family-dynamics
Brighton has very physical scars from what was done to him at sixteen, and his bear is out of control since he faced and ended the scientist responsible. Everly has always been made to feel inferior, and she has been sick and with uncontrolled seizures ever since she was date abused and doesn't know what the scar he put on her back means. Together, and with incredible difficulty and bravery they save each other and discover love.
The audio is incredibly well narrated by Mackenzie Harte.

Brighton, you are Everything

Brighton, silent and mysterious, worried me at the end of the previous book and I wanted him to heal. He’s had such a horrid troubled life and all I wanted was him to be happy and safe. He’s amazing and he deserved someone to heal him.

Every is so broken that I didn’t know if she could reasonably be that person. How can someone so broken heal another person? But it worked for them. I see them taking each other and making them better. There’s so much love and adoration between them that they have the chance to help each other be better.

Mackenzie Harte, as always, amazing and so talented bringing these characters to life.
