Good book

The book was good but the narrator never changed her voice so sometimes got confusing between sisters

So good

Teen girls experience so much during those awkward yet important years. Seeing Echo find herself while she mourns the loss of her sister was albeit awkward, but so good.

Ehhhh it’s okay

I listened to this book as recommendation that it was a book about a girls sex trafficking experience and what all young girls should listen to. This book BARELY touched on the subject and to be honest a young girl would not fully understand what exactly happened. I think there was too much fluff spent on the sisters story line and mistakes and not enough time spent on the seriousness of Zoe’s actions. This book should have been more black and white and not so many shades of grey.

Something was missing from this story as a whole. The bigger truth or moral or something like that.

Great Young Adult Book

After watching “Saving Zoe” on Netflix and learning it was based on a book, I decided to get the book on Audible and see how it compared to the movie & it’s story line—hoping it would fill in some plot holes.


“Saving Zoe” was a fast listen that I thoroughly enjoyed & completed in one day—I seriously listened to it for the whole six hours straight because of how good I found the plot and the answers it provided to fill out the movie’s plot line.

Well written book with excellent character description. I can see why it was chosen for movie production. Reads like a true crime show.

Every young girl should read this or listen to this book! It might just save a life.....such a powerful book!
