Good but where is the referenced "pdf"?

I like this audiobook very much and the narrator (the author) does a good job of presenting her information however throughout the book there is a .pdf file that is referenced...and not included as a download with this audiobook. Please give us audiobook listeners the .pdf as a download with the book so that we can fully implement the tips in this book!
