Story
In every industry, there are companies that take off. They effortlessly hire talented people, attract loyal customers, create cool products and make lots of money. These companies seem to stand out and scale up quickly with support from investors, partners and the media. Sadly, most companies don't perform this way. Most entrepreneurs aren't building anything of value. They work hard, make sacrifices, struggle, dream, plan and strive, but in the end, it doesn't pay off. This audiobook sets out a method for building a business that becomes a valuable asset.

Finite games, like football or chess, have known players, fixed rules, and a clear endpoint. The winners and losers are easily identified. Infinite games, games with no finish line, like business or politics, or life itself, have players who come and go. The rules of an infinite game are changeable, while infinite games have no defined endpoint. There are no winners or losers - only ahead and behind. The question is, how do we play to succeed in the game we’re in? In this revelatory new audiobook, Simon Sinek offers a framework for leading with an infinite mindset.

Misleading due to faith

Publisher's Summary
Leadership sabotage surrounds each of us.
It's working - even when you are not - to find ways to limit your productivity, impact, and legacy.
You have likely seen - and may have even experienced - leadership sabotage. The most common instances include employee defiance, bullying, reputation assassination, theft, and microaggressions that aim to stymie your life and career.
Until now, leaders everywhere have been defenseless against leadership sabotage.
In Sabotage, Brandon Wilson - one of the world's leading communications and leadership consultants - exposes the signs of leadership sabotage in your midst, also known as the four horsemen of sabotage.
Wilson's practical approach to unlocking leadership productivity, and his entertaining recounting of real-life examples of leadership sabotage, provides you with the knowledge needed to:
- See the signs of leadership sabotage before they strike
- Survive management sabotage, including employee theft and defiance
- Identify and remove the forces within each of us that lead to self-sabotage
By overcoming and defeating leadership sabotage, you gain a clear path to unlocking the next levels of your impact and, thus, your legacy.
Let the leading begin.

Valuable professionally and personally!
Sabotage is an amazing guide to not only recognizing sabotage and the motives of saboteurs, but also gives you the tools to identify these people and combat their actions. As I listened to each chapter, I thought of a number of professional and personal relationships that were laced with sabotage. I love that Mr. Wilson included self-sabotage in this book, as many of us struggle with this and may not realize the reason(s). I really think that this book is also appropriate for young adults. If we truly want to prepare for the sabotage that will surely come our way, we have to start early. What a great read! This will be one that I come back to again and again!

Leadership and success explained through betrayal
Sabatoge went the extra step to teach leaders ways to protect their visions, companies, organizations, hard work, leadership circle and investments through a very insightful look into betrayal from others and betrayal from self. Many will relate to different types of people in this book who have worked against them through Sabatoge. This book arms leaders with how to identify those around you who are deceptive but jealous, envious, or just want to derail you and your success. I recommend this book to leaders especially those who are responsible for people under you.

Some of the world's most successful companies - Google, Disney, Starbucks - are not simply profit-driven, but purpose-driven. They identify the purpose behind why they do what they do and let their "why" drive what they do every day. Nicholas Pearce argues that we all should do the same: discover our "why" and commit to the journey of aligning our daily work with our life's work. The Purpose Path is for people in any field who long to have more than just a job or a career, but a true vocation that allows them to connect their soul with their role.

When Jim Collins coined the term "Level 5 Leadership" in his book Good to Great, little did he know he would inspire a generation to become servant leaders. Do you wish you were in leadership? Are you frustrated with being in leadership? Do you wonder why leadership sucks? You are not alone. Why does leadership suck? It sucks because real leadership is hard, requires selfless service, and because the buck stops here.

Story
Some of the world's most successful companies - Google, Disney, Starbucks - are not simply profit-driven, but purpose-driven. They identify the purpose behind why they do what they do and let their "why" drive what they do every day. Nicholas Pearce argues that we all should do the same: discover our "why" and commit to the journey of aligning our daily work with our life's work. The Purpose Path is for people in any field who long to have more than just a job or a career, but a true vocation that allows them to connect their soul with their role.

Story
When Jim Collins coined the term "Level 5 Leadership" in his book Good to Great, little did he know he would inspire a generation to become servant leaders. Do you wish you were in leadership? Are you frustrated with being in leadership? Do you wonder why leadership sucks? You are not alone. Why does leadership suck? It sucks because real leadership is hard, requires selfless service, and because the buck stops here.

Stephen R. Covey believed there were only two ways to live: a life of primary greatness or a life of secondary greatness. Through his classic books and seminars, he taught that the intrinsic rewards of primary greatness - integrity, responsibility, and meaningful contribution - far outweighed the superficial rewards of secondary greatness - money, popularity, and the self-absorbed, pleasure-ridden life that some people consider "success".
