Publisher's Summary

Binge drinking is defined as drinking an excessive amount of alcohol in a short amount of time. It may be that you only drink this way on the weekends and then function at top capacity during the working week without any alcohol at all.

Most common symptoms are loss of energy, minor depression, loss of motivation, anxiety and social withdrawal. It is interesting how so few regular drinkers make the connection between their alcohol intake and problems in their lives.

Even this cyclical pattern of drinking can be damaging and can be stopped with a new mindset – one that can be achieved through hypnosis. Some people engage in binge drinking deliberately. Many, however, find themselves caught in patterns of thinking and behaviour that they would rather change. Whatever the reasons for your binge drinking it is possible to help you to change by using hypnotherapy and NLP.

Using a combination of NLP and hypnotherapy we aim to be able to 'reprogramme' the behaviour and make the experience of learning to control the consumption of alcohol a liberating experience.

Benjamin Bonetti's self-help tools have changed the lives of thousands of people around the world, offering simple solutions for lasting change. Over the years, the Benjamin Bonetti range has been described by its users as ‘Dynamic, Positive, Intelligent, Functional, Fun, Energetic and Interactive.’

yes and no... more NO

I like the sound and voice but he uses a lot of negative words such as 'Not' and No' it has been show that is hypnosis that the mind does not recognize these words so when he says 'Not anxiety' the mind hears 'anxiety' or 'alcohol is No longer needed for you'. The mind hears alcohol is longer needed. If he did this only once or twice I would say that is is probably okay but the there is more about what Not to do instead of what to do. No control. Punish & Poison. All of these words are being pumped into you mind instead of health, happiness, freedom success. I am concerned that Bonetti's programs will make people worse.

Description is misleading.

This is a stop drinking book NOT a stop binge drinking - the two things are very different!

Poor recording

This audiobook promises much but isn't able to provide. The recording should be in stereo (to give different messages to each ear) is in mono.

Very powerful with two voices

This is more for total quitting completely rather than binge drinking, which is what I want. I enjoyed the two voices at the same time and the way my mind moved between the two throughout the session. I relaxed extremely quickly and really enjoyed the experience.

Rubbish

Absolutely rubbish. A few mins in, and two voices are talking to you at the same time, saying different things. What utter crap. I turned it off

Not for me due to 2 stories told st the same time

I can’t listen to the noise that are 2 narrated recordings playing at the same time as each other. The voice is easy to listen to. However The content repeats about alcohol being a poison, and the listener won’t feel guilty any more as they’re not drinking alcohol. More about abstinence not reducing bingeing, which makes sense from a health perspective, but may add to guilt if someone wants to drink alcohol perhaps
