Confused

How did she get rid of the first baby because she didn’t know who the father was. But then the husband told her he got a vasectomy so how could the second baby possibly be her husband’s?

Really?

Not as good as the first one, hoping the 3rd and last book in this serious is better. Spoiler alert… main character is extremely frustrating and decisions make no sense. Ending was not a surprise saw it coming way back when the dad caught block in the store I knew they knew one another. Also how did we jump from the main character definitely wanting to get rid of the first baby to now hoping to keep this one?
