Another winner in the series

Once again, the audiobook version of this story enhances and brings to life the book version, making me love it even more the second time around.
The story centers around Team 3 Navy SEAL Tyler Gray and Kate Morgan , the young woman he meets on a flight to Portland.
Unexpectedly, sparks fly between them as they spend time next to each other on the plane. This attraction reiterates to Kate, who recently got engaged that she needs to listen to her heart and her head. Both confirming that she needs to break up with her fiance since she never really loved him they way she should.
In the meantime, though attracted to Kate, Tyler is determined to do the right thing and not intervene in her life.
As a friendship, emotions and attraction develops, reality does as well. As does a sub-plot at the winery where Kate works.
Add to that secrets, and a deployment that might end Tyler’s life, and you are on an emotional rollercoaster all the way to the end.
This is a story about the heart, hopes, doing the right thing, trust, family and the life of not only a military man/woman, but also that of the loved ones left behind.
Let’s not forget the narrator, J D Hart, gives us a great performance.

This book ranks up on the top 10. I love J.D. Hart as the narrator. He makes the books come to life.

What was one of the most memorable moments of SEAL of My Heart: A SEAL Brotherhood?

It would have to be when Tyler was injured and wanted the other seal to give Kate his letter and it was covered in blood and he did not think he would be alive to give it to her.

Which scene was your favorite?

When Tyler thought Kate was standing him up at the art promo and he got drunk. I just loved how Kate handled it when she showed up.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I really did not like Kate's family. They did not seem to be supportive of her breaking off her engagement. Even when she told them she did not love him they still pushed her to get back with her fiance and made her feel bad. They should have been supportive and agreed she should wait if she felt she was making a mistake. There behavior made me angry. There were parts that made me laugh and smile and I loved Tyler's friend , I hope we see him in future stories.

Any additional comments?

This was not as action filled as some of the others but it was still a great read. Tyler was not so much a tough guy but really sweet.

it made me cry and feel like the hero was with me.

Where does SEAL of My Heart: A SEAL Brotherhood rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This one ranks right up there, with the other SEAL books that I've listened to. There is something about the story that when you listen to it, it comes to life.

What does J. D. Hart bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The difference between the characters, the play between them, and the intensity. The narration in general brings a life to the individuals in the story that would be lacking if it was just reading the book.

Any additional comments?

I really have to say that the coupling of JD Hart voice talent and Ms. Hamilton's stories, bring a new dimension to the novels that I wouldn't get if I was just reading them. Given my long drives Monday through Friday, it's a lovely way to pass the miles and hours.

Serendipity on a plane!

Right at the top. Can't wait to listen to the Novel.

What did you like best about this story?

The honesty with which Kate breaks it off with her fiance'.

Which character – as performed by J. D. Hart – was your favorite?

Tyler Gray. Very strong yet compassionate.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Love stories like this that ring true to life. Thank you Sharon Hamilton for keeping it fantastically real. Thank you J.D. Hart for bringing the story to life in a way that was believable.

Narrator ruined for me.

I'm sorry to say I really couldn't listen for very long at a time. IMHO

Another Winner in the Seal.Brotherhood Series. Loved Kate and Tyler's Story. Tyler was so romantic!!!

Tyler goes from fun-loving to committed

Strong performance, just got a bit upset with Kate when she doubted him.

A good story with strong secondary plotlines.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Definitely I would, because is a great story as usual by Ms. Hamilton and is narrated by the awesome voice of JD Hart.

What other book might you compare SEAL of My Heart to and why?

There are lots of books out there that have SEALs as main characters, including the ones in the series this is part of, but they are all different, there is no comparison.

Which scene was your favorite?

I have many, but the one I burst out laughing was where they were in the donut shop and the kiss between Kenny and his girl was described: "... It sounded more like a toilet plunger..." Love it when the author throws these funny descriptions in.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Love at first sight does exist!

I recommend this and all the books in the series. I said it before and saying it again... the books were awesome when I read them, but listening to them narrated by THE VOICE of JD Hart brings them to life.

Absolutely. This is a great addition to the SEAL Brotherhood series. Tyler and Kate have instant chemistry that just flows naturally.

What other book might you compare SEAL of My Heart: A SEAL Brotherhood to and why?

If I were to compare, it only to the other books in the Brotherhood series. This is one of my favorites in the series. There is a lot of SEAL action, great steamy scenes, drama...it just had it all.

Have you listened to any of J. D. Hart’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have loved all of the SEAL books with J.D. Hart as the narrator. He does a fantastic job.

As I stated above this book has everything you want in a great book. One you definitely don't want to pass up.
