Necessary

It's needed to have books like these to show people how to overcome winter depressions. Especially if you live in the north.

Short but to the point

Anyone suffering from SAD, or winter depression, should listen to this book to know what to do. Great solutions.

Interesting topic

I've heard of people having seasonal affective disorder. It seems to be a real problem. Even for some, winters depress them.

SAD is serious

I know people who have winter depressions (not all those heavy metal bands from Scandinavia). And it helps to buy one of those lamps. The other tips were helpful too.

Yeah!

Voice could have been a little better, but the information is great. I missed the E-Book, but the audiobook was great for such a low price.

Good for in the winter

I hate winters, and I think I might have some symptoms of a depression like that too sometimes.
