In E4 we had the opportunity to speak with Sean Balmer the Head Coach at Cockermouth SC. Over the years Sean has produced GB internationals on a regular basis, most recently Luke Greenbank. In this episode Sean discusses this process of creating international swimmers as well as the importance of great communication for coaches.
