Looks verry cool, I can't wait to trie all of them. Who knows! I might actually learn some russian.

very effective Iearning.

I found the method to be backwards from my past language learning, but it does seem to be highly effective. it was not overwhelming at all.

Great to test the program, see if it works for you. It was very repetitive throughout the lesson which was effective and worked. I can remember most of what they taught, and I understood the conversation at the end when repeated. I am definitely going to go through this again and on to the rest!

Pimsleur is excellent

What did you love best about Russian Phase 1, Unit 01?

This really is the best introduction to a foreign language. While the vocabulary is limited, you learn proper pronunciation and grammar immediately, as well as speech recognition.

What did you like best about this story?

There isn't a story, of course, but the progression of skill is excellent.

What does the narrator bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

There is no related book.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

"The most boring Russian film ever." :)

Any additional comments?

I find that it is best to have supplemental materials, because unfortunately the speakers do not always enunciate. While this give opportunity to hear Russian (or whatever language) as it is actually spoken, it sometimes makes it difficult to ensure that you are repeating the sounds correctly.
