Publisher's summary

The fiercest of a royal line of Russian dragon shifters, Rurik Barinov spends most days defending his family's homeland from rival clans. By night, sins of the flesh-drinking, dancing, and sex keep his volatile warrior dragon in check. Barely. With his choice of mortal women to bed, he has no interest in changing his bad-boy ways - until a creature of molten sex poured into a tiny red satin dress steps into his nightclub. A jagged edge of raw desire nicks the impenetrable armor around his heart.

Charlotte MacQueen has been told since childhood to stay in school, live a normal life. Leave the family business - hunting down dragons - to her brothers. But tonight, she's shed her chemist's lab coat and infiltrated enemy lines to bag a dragon of her own. She never expected sexy, all-too-wicked Rurik Barinov to capture her, body and soul - the perfect weapon to use against her brothers. Or that she'd fall for the brave, battle-scarred dragon shifter who covets her heart like the most precious of jewels.

Contains mature themes.

Loved this story!

I enjoyed all three books but this one was the best of all three! The narrator does such a great job she really brings the stores to life. I hope the author writes more about them and the English dragon she had in book 2. I really do recommend this series.

A great ending!

Sigh...I love a happy ending, but hate that the series is over! Lauren Smith's Royal Dragon series was just what I needed. Dragons, accents, action, alphas, love!!! Wish it could go on, but there are only 3 brothers. How about an English version? Lucy Rivers does a mean English accent. Lauren and Lucy, are ya paying attention?

Amazing Series!!! Disappointed that it's over!

Totally love this series!!! I'm sad that I finished it!!! Rurik has met his match in Charlotte. The plot was interesting and kept me captivated. The storyline flowed smoothly throughout. The characters are well-developed and easily relatable. I loved these two together. Their chemistry is palpable and explosive. I'm going to miss these brothers and their mates. Lucy Rivers, again, is an awesome narrator on the audiobook. She is amazing! Her accents are remarkable as well as her inflection when reading. I hope Lauren Smith will consider writing Damon, Jason and Meg's stories at some point.

Best book of the series

Out of the three books this one was my favorite. I have to say, a strong alpha male who treats his mate with tenderness is so hot.

It was better than expected. I loved the twist towards the end. It was different from the other stories. All though I think they were all good.

My favorite

Of all 3 books this was most definitely my favorite. The characters were more endearing and I just loved this story the most.
I really want to know the brothers story.

Rurik finally gets what he's always wanted...

a mate. He just isn't expecting her to be the little sister of the head of the Brotherhood.

Charlotte travels to Russia convinced she'll be able to do what the brotherhood has not. get close to the youngest Barinov brother and try to build an alliance with the dragons. She just wasn't expecting him to capture her heart.

Great dragon romance!

This third book in this trilogy was very entertaining and I enjoyed it a lot. Rurik meets Charlotte when she shows up at his nightclub in Moscow. She is there secretly to prove to her brothers, who are shifter hunters, that she’s able to be on their team. What she didn’t count on is her instant attraction to him or that she’s his true mate. Old enemies of Ruriks family have a plan to use Charlotte against him. The narration was excellent.
