I've been listening to James for about a year now. Any time I'm curious about a subject that pops up at work, I can search through the episodes of Rooted in Reliability and most times I find discussions pertaining my question presented from various reliability and maintenance perspectives.

I feel that some other podcasts on the subject may be a bit theoretical, and James's Rooted in Reliability present true practical application. If you're a technician, or someone involved in plant operations of any sort who can feel that something just isn't right about the maintenance perspective of work, I encourage you to give Rooted in Reliability a listen. Hopefully it can be as illuminating for you as it has been for me.

Full disclosure, I wanted to leave this review on Stitcher... but couldn't figure out how the heck to do it.
