Publisher's Summary

Robert woke up sometime during the night and thought that he was back at home; looking around for a moment, he wasn't sure where he was. He sat up for a moment and looked around the living room, and it all came back to him as he began rubbing his eyes.

“I'm in my own place. That's where I am.” He muttered to himself tiredly as he laid back down and closed his eyes for a brief moment.

Being alone was killing Robert inside, and he was thinking about what TJ had said to him about how it was going to be different. Wondering if he was going to be able to be on his own without anyone with him, not that he needed the help or anything, but just not having anyone around him all the time. He was beginning to feel the loneliness. It wasn't that he needed someone, it was that he liked being around everyone.

For just a moment, he was thinking about taking down what he had in the living room. The idea that he had to scare TJ away from wanting to room with him, he was going to give in as his heart sank wondering if he would ever get use to the quietness of the apartment, flicking the television off now that he had his own bills for which he had to pay.
