Even though Paul faced possible execution for his faith, he managed to remain joyful in the midst of terrible circumstances. Beyond providing encouragement, Philippians also contains a wealth of great themes. As Boice explains, it covers most of the major doctrines of the Christian faith and is at the same time extremely practical.

Powerful truth’s
As I’ve had failing eyesight for about a year, this commentary helps me to listen to the truth of scripture and read as well with a copy of the print. What I like about this exposition of commentary on Romans that it is a life experience more than just a commentary.
