Publisher's summary

Christopher Bennett is a persuasive man. With his magnetic charm and undeniable wit, he plays a key role in the international success of his family's company. Christopher adores his family, even if they can be too meddling sometimes - like when they attempt to set him up with Victoria, by recommending him to employ her decorating services. Christopher isn't looking to settle down, but meeting Victoria turns his world upside down. Her laughter is contagious, and her beautiful lips and curves are too tempting.

Victoria Hensley is determined not to fall under Christopher's spell, even though the man is hotter than sin, and his flirty banter makes her toes curl. But as her client, Christopher is off-limits. After her parents' deaths, Victoria is focusing on raising her much younger siblings, and she can't afford any mistakes.

But Victoria and Christopher's chemistry is not just the sparks-flying kind...it's the downright explosive kind. Victoria wants to resist him, but Christopher is determined, stubborn, and oh-so-persuasive. When their attraction and connection both spiral out of control, will they be able to risk it all for a love that is far too tempting?

Swoons, flutters, pangs, and more!

5 Crazy Ass Must Listen Stars!!!!!

A new-to-me author! I've seen Layla Hagan's name around the book community and she has always intrigued me. I just never had the opportunity to read anything of her's. So when the opportunity to review the audiobook of Your Tempting Love presented itself, this book whore jumped on it so fast.
I didn't realize this was Book 5 of a series when I signed up so I was a little hesitant to start it even though the blurb does state it's a standalone. It is a true standalone. At no time did I feel like I was missing out on any key points or situations. However, now I'm curious about all the other Bennett siblings and their stories...haha.
The narrators did a great job telling the story. They blended well together and really brought the characters to life for me.
Christopher and Victoria's story pulled me in right from the start. I loved how Christopher was with Victoria's siblings. He had me swooning with the things he did for her family. I liked that there was no ex-drama where these two were concerned and what drama they did encounter was related to family situations.
My heart melted, sang, panged, and fluttered throughout this book. I will definitely be grabbing the other books in this series to feed my book whore curiosity. Layla Hagan has made it on my stalking radar.

An amazing audio adaptation of a great book!

5 Stars!

Audiobooks are hit or miss for me, but this one was amazing! I had already read the book, so I was most interested in hearing the characters come to life. Bailey Carr and John Lane did a fantastic job of voicing Christopher and Victoria. They really brought out the emotional aspects of the story. The story is emotional and sexy with just enough drama to make things interesting!

Christopher was not what I was expecting!

What did you love best about Your Tempting Love?

This side of Christopher I wasn't expecting! Seeing how is was with Victoria and her siblings made me love him even more!

What did you like best about this story?

That he understood Victoria was a package deal. Seeing how he interacted with siblings and included them pulled on my heart strings.

What about Bailey Carr and John Lane ’s performance did you like?

Their voices! They did such an amazing job at bringing two characters to life.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

If I had all the time in the world, I would have listened to this from start to finish instead of having pauses due to life.

Good addition to the series

This is another feel good book in the series. Christopher, the other twin (Max, his twin, found his HEA in the last book), finds his match with Victoria, a woman who is newly put in the role of "mother" for her multiple younger siblings. I loved the characters- they were sweet and while Christopher was initially described in such a way you wondered if he was a playboy, he showed none of those tendencies that needed to be broken in order to achieve their HEA. Generally low angst, these two were pretty much enamored with each other quickly and throughout the book. I enjoyed the book although it followed the formula and therefore, wasn't too much different from prior books. I also loved the extended family, which features well in all the books in the series, making it a good thing to read in order.

I listened to the audiobook through Audible Escape. Bailey Carr was good- this is the first book i've listened narrated by her. Her male voice sounded a little too forced but overall, she played the characters well and with emotion. John Lane did great overall and these two did a nice job bringing the story to life. On to the next book in the series!

Absolutely wonderful story!!

Layla Hagen sure knows how to write a beautiful love story. I have listened to stories from other authors that had a good script but a horrible narrator which reflects the experience and enjoyment of the book. Bailey Carr was a joy to listen to and portrayed this story beautifully. Way to go! I thoroughly enjoyed it!!
