loved it

i was reluctant to listen to this book but OMG i am so happy i took the plundge. i recommended this book to anyone wanting something that is going to be an emotional rollercoa1 ..but in a good way. i am a really hard person to please but i was extremely happy with this diamond.

this book was perfect! a guilty pleasure well satisfied! great narration and build up! hot! smoking hot!

Overall good book

Good story, not quite the same old story. If you are an avid reader you will know what I mean. Twists and turns and the story jumps back in time a few times to clue you in on past events. Laughed out loud a few times and said oh no you didn't a few times, lol. Good book overall but they lost me in some parts too. It was a little too drawn out and mean in some parts to me, but to each their own. Good book overall and would recommend reading it. May try one more of the author's books in the future to see if the next one is the same or if it was just this book. It was a good book though and I did like how the couple grew in the end. Happy reading!

Frustrating but also surprising!

First I want to say this listen was totally worth a credit! It started out frustrating and confusing. I just couldn't understand why Vic was such an ass - so mean to everyone. But Emelia gave him chances and really tried to draw him out and things began to make sense. I enjoyed the character and story development, and getting to know the cast in this book. If you give this a try, keep listening. I think your will enjoy it too. I'm off to listen to Rosie and Dean's story.

I loved this book and the narration. Can't wait to read more from this author.

Dark and so good

This was a dark romance and I loved it! Vicious has had a difficult past, his mom died and his dad and stepmother left him to fend for himself. He learned to harden himself and keep everyone at a distance and played into the rich asshole stereotype. When Emilia's family moved into his guesthouse to serve his family, he dealt with his attraction to her by treating her terribly and pushing her away. Now, ten years later, he wants her and makes her an offer she can't refuse.
The narration was great, they played the characters well and I was sucked into the audio. I listened to the bulk of it all at once, because I just needed to know how it was going to end! We also got a bit of Jamie and Melody from the prequel book and I'm looking forward to seeing the other characters get their stories told.

A pretty good story

I'm beginning to really like this author but I thought it was a little strange that these characters were still so focused on what happened back in high school after 10 years. Still, a really good story!

Mean boy Alpha Male

This story was great. There was angst between the two main characters. The enemies to lovers story is what made this audiobook for me. I loved to hate Vicious. Can't wait for more.

obsession

I'm officially obsessed with Christian Rummel's voice. It's as if he was Vicious and Savannah Peachwood is just a gem! This is an amazing story by one of my favorite authors, and these narrators give a great performance.

My hesitation was justified

I really enjoyed my Vicious experience but it was definitely outside my comfort zone. Maybe, it was easier listening or maybe I prepared myself so well that I could handle anything. See, it's kind of hard for me to fall for douchewaffles, and this guy was the king.

But, the journey was an interesting one and I couldn't help but become enthralled. What made it even more exceptional, we were treated (subjected) to some high school drama...and I survived.

The love story wasn't an easy one, but in the end, I was content with how it all played out.

The narrators do a fantastic job and at no time did I struggle with their performance. Both the female and male narrator were easy to listen to and it was easy to tell when the characters changed.

Another excellent addition to the Romance Package and I will definitely go back for more in this series.
