Publisher's Summary

Jo Wilder had the heart of a lion and the temper of a wildcat. And when Keane Prescott crossed her path, she bared her claws. Jo was certain her charming new boss imperiled everything she cared for, but she couldn't deny the attraction between them. Though Keane's kisses left her breathless, it was his tenderness that threatened to tame her heart.

Boo the narrator

The book itself is wonderful, one I had read before and was glad to see in audiobook format but the narrator is horrible. Her voice is childlike - think 6 year old, and that really ruined the book. It was just awkward during the love scenes.

Untamed was just plain lame

I have always seen Nora Roberts book in the library, book stores, etc and the other day I listened to my first one and I was truly not impressed. I believe that the storyline is a good one by the Narrator L. Davis was not good for this book. Her voice sounded childlike and in some of the more romantic parts of the book it was just wierd listening to her voice, it really took away from the book. Not a good one.

Bad narrator choice!

The story is just OK but maybe next time they should try for a narrator that sounds older than a 10 years-old. Hearing that childlike voice talk about attraction etc. is enough to give me nightmares... she sounds too much like my own children!

Untamed was Awesome!

Untamed was sweet and magical book. You truly felt each of Jo’s emotions. However, you could visualize every detail of the story. Keane was wonderful and charming, truly worth leaving your world for!

Untamed

Some listeners don't like the narrators voice. Personally Cassandra Morris (AKA Lauren Davis) is my favorite narrator. The book is good too, ends a bit chick flicky, but it is a teen book so that's to be expected.

this book is a must-have for Nora Roberts fans.

I enjoyed learning about circus life, the trials the hard work and the rewards. The story kept me Spellbound and anxiously awaiting the next time I could read. the narrator was very calm and clear making it that more enjoyable.

Nora Roberts' Untamed

The story had some potential and started out well but the development of the story ended about 3/4 through the story and the story ended very abruptly. The worst part was that the reader sounds like she's 10 years old! She read it pretty well but it was very weird listening to a romance read by someone who sounds like a child.

Whiny narrator

I could not finish this book because of the narrator's voice. She sounded twelve years old!

Could not get through the first chapter

I could not get through the first chapter because the narrator sounded like a child. I could not continue with a romance that sounded like a teenager was reading it.

not pronouncing the letter t

The narrator did a fair job except for her extremely distracting habit of dropping the "t" sound in words like certain and important.
