Bitter Harvest Series Book 2

I have not listened to book 1 but thought I would give book 2 a try. The story had several characters to keep up with. It was a bit confusing at times. Unfortunately, The story did not grab my attention. I found it hard to get through.

Narration was ok.

I have started listening/reading books half way through a series before and gone back to read the previous books because the story and characters were interesting and captivating. This story was ok but I did not feel connected or enjoyed the storyline as much as I had hoped.

Pretty good but not as good as book 1

I really enjoyed the first book, so was eager to go for this one. The story still has all the elements I enjoyed from the first book, but seemed to focus more on the romance aspects of the story. This made the actual plot drag a bit for me. The narrator still did a good job, I thought. All in all, it is still a decent book. I just hope that with book 3, the author sticks with more of what made book 1 so good.

I want more

I really enjoyed book one so I was excited to see that book two is out and it didn't disappoint. All the main (likeable) characters are back, but this book follows Juan and Aura a new set of characters and their developing romance.

Fast paced this book has lots of action, twists and plenty of the unexpected.

I love getting more information about what it means to be a shifter and how it works between the person and the spirit animal. It was interesting and is worked into the story well.

The narration is excellent, the character voices are all well done and easy to tell apart. The delivery's pace and tone are a good match for the story.

Bring on book 3!

AWESOME!

I haven't listened to the first in the series, but I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook! I know I'd have benefited more from starting with Book 1, and I enjoyed this one so much I'm going to go grab the first one :) I'm a fan!

It's fun, action-packed, and very entertaining. Fun characters, and I really enjoyed the narration as well.
Definitely worth a listen, and I'm glad I did!

great series

after reading the first book in the series I love the second one as much the story was great and very enchanting I loved it I might think the first book was a little bit more interesting but it was a good book the second book was a very nice book

WOW!

I absolutely loved this story! This book was full of action, drama, suspense, romance and lots of twists. The narration was superb and gave the story that extra flair, it really kept you entertained. This author did a great job with the character builds and plot. This was my first book by this author but definitely will not be my last. I can't wait to read the other books in this series! Ok

I found this 2nd release not to be as good as 1st not bad just not as good as. The story was confusing at times, there were to many intimate scenes that took away from story, and the narrator did great with male voices, but not so with female. He would be great doing another story, but not this one

Not as good as the 1st

I truly appreciate the use of the same narrator. Truly well done CB. I was not impressed with the overall story. The relationship was secondary in this story.
