Turbulent Desires

Loved this one! This one is about Maverick Armstrong, who flies F-18s in the Air Force and is determined to not get married even to get his inheritance, and Lindsey Helm, an ER nurse studying to be a nurse practitioner who is attacked while working and now suffering from PTSD. Oh, these two are made for each other. Maverick knows how to handle her and he certainly treats her well and supports her and cares for her until she cannot stand it any longer and has to seduce him. Will they figure out they are made for each other before they cannot come back...

This one ends with a look into Nick's book and what a glimpse it is. MUST GET THIS ONE NOW!

Maverick Armstrong is impossible not to fall for

Though this is a complete stand alone, I have to say I am completely in love with Melody Anne's Turbulent Desires, the second book in her Billionaire Aviators series. It is filled with suspense, romance, combustible chemistry and of course a meddling uncle who sees fit to stick his nose into his stubborn nephew's lives. From start to finish, I could not put this incredible story down. I loved every moment and found myself automatically one-clicking the next book in the story to find out what will happen next in the incredible world Melody Anne has created.

In this series, it focuses on four brothers, They are all independently wealthy, but as a part of their inheritance, they must settle down, become upstanding citizens within their community and find a woman to settle down with. None of them have any intentions of doing this, least of all Maverick. He is completely happy being in the military and flying jets. When he is introduced to his sister-in-law's best friend, Stormy he is convinced he is the one who must help her out of her shell of a world she has created for herself after a nearly tragic attack at work one unforgettable night. But will he be able to do this without changing everything he knows about his existence?

I completely devoured this story. I absolutely fell in love with Melody's ability to develop characters as well as a world I never wanted to leave. I can't wait to find out what happens next for the Armstrong men in her aviator world.

PS- The audio version of this story only enhanced Melody's work. Teri Clark Linden worked her magic as a narrator and make the world Melody created come to life. I will definitely be listening to more from her in the future as well.

Recommended

Another good addition to the Billionaire Aviators series. Mac was different than I thought he was in story 1, much nicer. They make a great couple and I hope we get to see more of them in the upcoming stories.

Another Successful Match

Joseph Anderson has long been meddling in the lives of his children by helping them to find their soulmates. It's a formula and storyline that I have grown to love and look forward to a new set of siblings, or cousins, that are "coerced" into finding true love. In Turbulent Desires, Joseph's friend, Sherman, wants nothing more than for his nephew, Maverick, to fall in love. Lindsey Helm is an ER nurse and was attacked by some crazies looking for drugs. They beat her in the process and she's closed herself off from her life. Mav is a pilot who has experienced the horrors of war, and he is a rescuer. Lindsey needs rescuing and his uncle Sherman is going to make sure he accomplishes it. It's a really sweet story about two people who become better, happier people when they're together, but both fight it because they know there's an expiration date on their friendship. Mav is going to stick around, just until Lindsey gets back on her feet, but that's not always the way love works. Teri Clark Linden does an excellent job with the narration. Her dynamic voice brings each character to life!
