Romance and adventure on high seas
Very enjoyable listen, I highly recommend if you like pirate adventures with mystery and treasure hunt, brooding angsty hero and strong heroine. It’s probably one of my favourites from this author.

Overall bad story writing !
I read this author’s book ‘When Angels Fall’ when I was a teenager and it has been one of my favorite historical romance books ever since. So, I was interested to listen to this one by her. But I was disappointed; storyline was mostly boring with an uninteresting heroine.
Moreover, the narrator was so monotonous. She also did not know how to make the different characters voices different. At times I could not tell who was talking. No different voices for males or females either.
