Fantastic

This is one of best written Vampire books I have come across in some time. Although I'm not into the sharing dynamic, the scenes were thought out flowed well with the characters and story. I would love to see this become a series. The narrator also did a fantastic job. Thank you for an awesome read.

Nothing Better

Sexy vampire combined with sexy Marines with loyalty but no inhibitions. I loved it. I would love to read more about these characters.

Military men and Vampires....Wonderful!

Loved, loved, loved this story! This is my first book by Max Vos and I have to say that I am super impressed and I am looking forward to reading more of his works. The story of Bronson and Sarge (David) was heartwarming and loving. The story has mystery, intrigue, violence, passion, love, sadness, vampires, and hot sex!! The sex did not overpower the story, which is great from beginning to the end. I want to join the ranks of the V Unit ;-). Greg Boudreaux's narration was excellent and added so much to the story. Definitely would recommend!!!

I loved The V Unit by Max Vos. It was an amazing story and Greg Boudreaux was brilliant. A perfect audio book!

Great audiobook!!

This was a story that kept me interested until the end! Awesome narration. Had some gruesome stuff at the end that I wouldn’t normally make a choice to read but it went with the story and I found I didn’t mind it. Highly recommend.

Sarge - for being a bad ass, he's so lovable.

Greg Boudreaux is fantastic as always. I've never listened to one of his performances and walked away disappointed.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

There were a few moments that made me cringe and get teary eyed. Well worth it for the story.

Any additional comments?

I've read and listened to tons of vampire books and I can say this was the first of its kind. Max Vos is a tremendous author and he really did well with this story!

I can't believe how hot this book is!! Greg B outdoes himself in the narration!

It was entertaining

I enjoyed it for the most part though I lose interest in m/m authors who reduce gay romance to cheap sex with multiple partners. And then there's the idea that gay men are spoiled brats that need to be treated like children instead of the grown, vital people they are. Still if you just need something to past the time, this was alright, though I probably would not have bought it if Greg Boudreaux/Trembly was not narrating. I adore him.

buy at your own risk

This story is hard to follow. You've got to rewind and re-listen because without rhyme or reason the book jumps into new character and new scene's without any order leaving you going what just happened??? And we're not even going to talk about the sex scenes just NO!!!. Only good thing about this book was the Narrator Greg.

Nice surprise

Was looking for any book with vampire theme and ran across this one. I was not disappointed and to have Greg Boudreaux narrate really knocked it out of the park. I loved the story very steamy, right up my alley. The only problem, there are only two books on Audible by Max Vos. Please 🙏🏾 give me more!! I’m older and don’t read much anymore I buy exclusively Audible books. I think most who buy this book won’t be disappointed; low angst, not too long, plenty of heat.
