Publisher's summary

This wonderful full length novella tells the story of Siobhan and Isaac. Siobhan has grown up to be the sort of women that a father fears, fierce, hot headed and full of anger. Despite his best intentions he is unable to find a husband for her in their little Irish town. With his reputation to consider and a deep seated blame from the past, he sells her to a gang of kidnappers who take her to America to become a mail order bride.

Isaac was looking forward to the arrival of his Irish beauty. His disabled younger sister even more so. How will he react when he finds out that the woman dumped on the station was not the women he has been writing to for months? Listen to this novella to find out what becomes of Siobhan and Isaac. Can they make this romance work when it had such a false-hearted beginning?

Great

It is great to see a mail order bride story from Ireland to America. I liked the characters and story. I listened to this one on audio. The narrator did a great job.

Great

I enjoy the mail-order-brides stories. Especially the ones where the couples have tempers. The narrator was good. I like to hear the Irish accent.

Narrator

The woman narrating this book was absolutely horrible. Her Irish accent sounded more like Indian. She paused at mid sentences and not when she should have. She was the worse I've heard

Delightful Irish Mail Order Bride ❤️ Texas Rancher

A delightful, well narrated Irish mail order bride story wherein an Irish lass is sold to a fraudulent marriage broker by her ruthless bank manager father. A few historic errors, but enjoyable (in the 1800s, you could not get from a US East Coast port to Texas in one day).

Not interested

In my opinion it was not interesting. I did not care for the narrator’s reading.
