A MUST listen to!
Robinne Lee, the author, narrates this beautifully crafted romance. She does a tremendous job with the various character accents, and emotionally, pulls at your every heart string. I have the utmost respect for Lee's written and oral storytelling. I absolutely loved listening to this book!!!

There is a deeper message, please don't miss
Other than the warnings about this books being a cheesey romance (I've read Uber cheesy and I don't think this is it actually) and the gratuitous sex scenes (not as gratuitous compared to some) I think many of the reviews miss a smaller message. Older women DO get overlooked. if this was about a May December romance where the man was December, and trust me there are many of those types of romances both in books and real life, it would be a non issue. Boring. On par. But I liked that she went for it. As a mom, a divorcee, someone not 23 anymore, she's still a woman with feelings and desires. We often overlook these feelings and desires because we put out children, careers, aging parents and all around daily responsibilities first often losing who we once were

Narrated by the author, a true masterpiece!
** spoiler alert ** I added this to by audible library a long time ago, but hesitated to read it. It had a bit of hype and came highly recommended. However, I listen to A LOT of romance audios so I didn't want to be let down. Although I usually prefer a nice little HEA tied up in a pretty little bow, this was just not the story for that. It was real and raw. I fell for these characters and fell for Hayes right along with Solene. He was a complex character, and I enjoyed getting to know all his traits: maturity, strength, vulnerability, romantic, tender, and his genuine love for Solene. Their story developed in a way that I predicted and although I was rooting for them to find a way to be together, I had a feeling the ending would be a bit abrupt and definitely heart-breaking!
Robinne Lee was superb in this narration. The flawless transitions from character to character and the British accents of the bandmates, made for an aural treat. This was truly a masterpiece. I'm glad I own the audiobook, as I predict many re-listens to come.

Cute Story!
This is such a cute book! I found myself remembering the feelings Solene felt about flirting after divorcing my ex-husband. Robinne's voice is really nice, smooth, and spot on with all the accents. Awesome job!

Keeping you wanting more & more of Solene & Hayes.
The audiobook was everything I imaged it would be and so much more. Everything I read in the book and imagined characters sounded for the voices, the descriptions and more were all truly captured by Robinne's voices. Through all of Solene and Hayes happy and sad moments you keep rooting for relationship. Even in end your left feeling and wanting more for characters. You want them to still be together and have there happily ever after. As we know life isnt easy and see you that for them, but you still hope for them through it all. Recommend this audiobook to everyone.

good but frustrating story
I knew what was coming at the end of this book. It’s pretty obvious, but I was still annoyed by it. Something about this audio kind of got on my nerves, the way some things were said with a different tone/accent like the way she said “hiiiiii.” Other than that, the audio was good.
