A highland love story.
Another fabulously written 5+ star book by Amy Jarecki! 💗 Her distinctive writing style is filled with love, romance, humor and mystery. Dave Gillies deserves 5+ stars for his very gifted performance of this wonderful story. It kept me enthralled until the very end. This is a do not miss audiobook.

Loved it!
The journey of Laird Duncan MacRae and Lady Mairi MacKenzie is filled with romance, adventure, intrigue, betrayal, and love. I love Amy Jarecki’s highland stories; have listened to 15 of them. This is another winner performed by Dave Gillies. Mr. Gillies wonderful narrative brings to life Ms. Jarecki’s lovely story. He is one of my favorite Scottish storytellers.

Swooning!
This story is outstanding. Author Amy Jarecki writes beautifully, paying close attention to details of the time period. One cannot help imagining the scenery or the actions of each character vividly, as if you are in the story itself.
Incredibly romantic, wildly passionate and a very exciting story. Dave Gillies performed this story with an enticing Scottish brogue and great passion. A must have!

This has so many good reviews and so I was excited, but…. I felt this story was incredibly bluh. I really have nothing more to say.
I got it on a 2 for 1 sale and I’ll not return it because I liked the other book and if you want a credit back you have to return both. But I will NOT be reading any more in this series.

Nope (Hero almost sleeps with whore)
I do not like a Hero who is in-love with the heroine, yet almost sleeps with someone else. I do not care if they are not together yet or not. It had not been that long since he asked for the Heroines hand in marriage, admits to himself he asked to soon after she was rejected by another. NOPE turned me off big time.
